Yesterday marked the one-year anniversary of Carlos Corberan taking charge of West Bromwich Albion, with the Spaniard enjoying a great spell at The Hawthorns.
Since his appointment, Corberan has brought a sense of identity to Albion after months of disarray on and off the pitch.
The former Huddersfield Town boss has been given limited funds at The Hawthorns due to off-the-field financial issues, but his tactics have seen Albion become playoff contenders once again.
Here is our list of the best games under Corberan since his appointment last year…

West Brom 3-0 Rotherham United – 17 December 2022
A complete domination, which saw Albion score three times and keep a clean sheet as they aimed to close the gap on a play-off position.
Goals from Brandon Thomas-Asante, Grady Diangana and Jed Wallace secured an important victory for Corberan’s side.
Luton Town 2-3 West Brom – 14 January 2023
The more you reflect on this victory, the more impressive it becomes.
Corberan’s side fell 2-0 behind against the Hatters, just 10 minutes into the encounter at Kenilworth Road with Albion looking like they would suffer a thumping.
However, goals from Daryl Dike, Jayson Molumby and Conor Townsend secured three more points, a remarkable turnaround, especially after trailing by two goals so early on.
Luton went on to secure an unlikely promotion to the Premier League that season, making the victory even more impressive.
Preston 0-4 West Brom – 30 September 2023
Albion travelled to Deepdale at the end of last month to face a Preston side who remained unbeaten in the Championship.
Corberan’s side were underdogs going into the game, but they stunned Ryan Lowe’s side with four goals from Kyle Bartley, Darnell Furlong, Alex Mowatt and Matt Phillips.
The defeat has halted Preston’s progress, whereas West Brom have gone from strength to strength with Corberan’s side currently occupying a place in the top six.
