West Brom ace Brandon Thomas-Asante has been tipped as a dangerman when Ipswich Town come to The Hawthorns this weekend.
West Brom has been enjoying fine form throughout this campaign which currently has them sitting in seventh just one place off the playoffs.
Building his success primarily upon the defence, Carlos Corberan has got a host of decisions right this campaign already.
He built his success on a solid defence and the excellent golden glove leading Alex Palmer in goal.
But this weekend could see one of the Championship’s best sides arrive at The Hawthorns, however, West Brom has the right weapon to hurt Kieran McKenna’s side.

Thomas-Asante the dangerman for West Brom
EFL pundit Sam Parkin has been sharing his views ahead of this weekend’s return to the league on the What the EFL?! podcast.
“Their centre-halves aren’t quick really,” Parkin explained.
“There’s a little bit of sluggishness there and I do feel maybe a Thomas-Asante could cause them a few problems with his speed inside the final third.”
Thomas-Asante certainly has the pace to trouble The Tractor Boys’ defence primarily at the Hawthorns.
Ipswich have been poor defensively despite not losing in the Championship.
They have conceded at least two goals in four of their last five Championship games, a clear area of weakness which means a strong Baggies defence could secure all three points.
Strong defensive record could come in handy here
Ipswich recently have had the habit of conceding before later coming back through sheer attacking might.
However, that may not be an option this weekend with Carlos Corberan‘s West Brom so good defensively.
If Albion manage to take the lead we imagine they won’t be losing it later in the game with Corberan likely to have a multitude of methods he feels can win the game.
