Conor Townsend has suggested that West Brom are in line for a huge boost after the international break.
West Brom’s excellent run of form was ended last weekend as high-flying Southampton beat them at St Marys.
Despite the defeat, Conor Townsend has insisted that positives can be taken from the defeat.
He also argued that Albion is usually on the winning side after the international break and loses beforehand, which should be a good omen for the Ipswich game next weekend.
Now, Townsend has hinted at a series of potential upcoming boosts for Albion.

Townsend on West Brom boost
Speaking with Express and Star, Townsend was asked about his side’s position in the Championship.
“No (it’s not a bad one to be in) – and we’ve had a lot of injuries as well. The squad at one point was threadbare.
“We’ve still got Swifty to come back, Josh Maja, Daryl Dike, Reachy as well, people to come back, they’re going to be nearly ready come Ipswich or the week after.
“For them coming back is massive for us, it gives the squad a boost. We believe in what we’ve got in the dressing room, the manager and what he wants us to do.
“We’ve seen lots of good things this season, things to improve on, we’re OK where we are and hopefully we can go on another run.”
Returns could inspire Baggies
West Brom have done an excellent job this season up to a certain point but against elite opposition, it becomes evident that there are some huge absences.
John Swift will immediately be an incredible return for Corberan.
Daryl Dike also will be a massive return and he is expected to be back imminently according to an injury expert.
Exciting few months ahead for West Brom with some pivotal returns.
