West Brom have been tipped to potentially swoop for this international striker during this month’s transfer window.
West Brom enter the January transfer window in dire need of additions, especially following the recent departure of Jeremy Sarmiento who’s joined Ipswich Town on loan for the remainder of the season.
To add to that, Carlos Corberan is currently without strikers Josh Maja and Daryl Dike as well as Matt Phillips, and looks set to lose a few players to AFCON, including Brandon Thomas-Asante and Grady Diangana.
But it looks like the Baggies could swoop for Bournemouth and Wales striker Kieffer Moore this month.
West Brom among clubs eyeing deal for Kieffer Moore
An emerging report from The Sun says that Bournemouth are ready to offload Moore this month.
The 39-cap Welsh international has featured just seven times in the Premier League this season, scoring once; in his career, Moore has 101 goals, with 47 of those coming in the Championship for the likes of Barnsley, Bournemouth, and Cardiff City.
Moore’s best scoring season in the Championship came in 2020/21 when he netted 20 goals for Cardiff City.

Why Moore would be a huge coup for the Baggies
Moore is a tried and tested Champiosnhip striker.
Scoring 20 goals for a Cardiff City team who finished 8th in the 2020/21 season is no easy feat, and having fallen well out of favour at Bournemouth, it looks like a Championship return is very likely this month.
But signing the 31-year-old won’t be easy, and for a number of reasons.
There are some big teams looking at Moore including Leeds United and Ipswich. Then to make matters yet more difficult for the Baggies, they’re still in the midst of a takeover, and so January transfers remain uncertain.
But what is certain is that West Brom need new bodies through the doorthis month.
Sarmiento’s exit was unexpected but another typical blow to West Brom and Corberan who continues to be dealt setback after setback, with Diangana and Thomas-Asante’s potential AFCON departure set to hand Corberan another blow.
A striker seems like a priority given Maja’s latest injury setback and the fact that Dike remains sidelined.
Moore would bring a huge amount of experience and quality to the frontline and his injury record over the past few years has been pretty clean, so that would be good news for West Brom.
And Moore would add something a bit different to the Baggies’ front-line; he’s very much a target man who can win aerial duels and create link up play, whereas the likes of Dike and Maja are more like advanced forwards who love to run in behind and whatnot.
Overall then, Moore would be a quality signing for West Brom, but it seems like a difficult pursuit.
