West Brom find themselves in a reasonably promising position right now.
On the pitch, Carlos Corberan‘s side currently sit 5th in the Championship table, five points clear of 7th place Hull City in the race for the play-off places.
As a result, they look well on course to secure the top six spot that will give them a shot at promotion to the Premier League.
Meanwhile, Shilen Patel has recently completed his takeover of the club from Guochuan Lai. In doing so, there appears to be a renewed sense of optimism around The Hawthorns as well.
Despite that, there are still some issues that may cause frustration for West Brom. One of those, may be the latest update on the future of Keilan Quinn.
West Brom prospect set for Aston Villa
Having come through the youth ranks with the Baggies, Quinn has already featured for the club at Under 18s level.
However, on Monday, the 16-year-old took to Instagram to confirm that he is set to leave West Brom, and complete a move elsewhere.
Now it looks as though his next destination may well have already been decided. According to a report from The Secret Scout, Quinn is now set to join Aston Villa.
The midfielder has apparently already said his goodbyes to those at West Brom, with the Baggies now set to lose another exciting academy prospect.

Keilan Quinn exit frustrating for Baggies
This is not going to be an update that will be welcomed at The Hawthorns at all.
Quinn is an exciting young talent, with a great deal of potential to progress.
The fact he has already played for the Under 18s at 16 years old does seem to back that up. Indeed, so does his move to a Premier League club at such an early age.
However, that does mean that West Brom themselves, are now going to miss out on the services of a player who could have been a very useful asset.
Indeed, that progress also suggests that he developed even further at The Hawthorns. Had that been the case, he might have been able to make the club even more money in the future.
Of course, this is not the first time that the Baggies have lost a player to Aston Villa recently either.
Seeing such talents move to a local rival, before they can really benefit West Brom themselves, is not going to go down well with anyone around the club.
This therefore, looks like being a tough one to take for what is all set to become Quinn’s former club.
