Matt Phillips has singled out two West Brom youngsters who have impressed him in training recently.
West Brom have become one of the hardest working teams in the Championship under Carlos Corberan. This mindset all begins on the training ground.
Matt Phillips is something of a leader within the squad and has recently named himself as the hardest working player on the training ground.
However he continued to mention two youngsters who have also caught his eye as working extremely hard and training well.
Hard work almost always pays off and for this duo, recognition should suggest that Corberan will also be aware of their dedication.

Phillips on hard working players
Speaking on episode 11 of the Albion Boys on the club’s official website, Phillips listed two of the Baggies most exciting players as the other hardest working players in the team.
“Also Caleb Taylor and Tom Fellows, you know every morning when i’m in early or doing a bit of extra stuff they’ll be there and a lot of days after training they’re outside practicing little bits together.
“So it’s good to see and those two are definitely two who work extremely hard.”
To have young players at the club setting such an example in training is a good omen and testament to how hard the rest of the squad work.
Taylor and Fellows reaping the rewards
Taylor has certainly began seeing the benefits of his hard work and has featured in the senior team a few time, notably in the EFL Cup.
Often in the match-day squad he must be impressing Corberan and his chance to feature heavily could come when Semi Ajayi heads off to AFCON in January.
Meanwhile, Fellows has made six Championship appearances, all cameos but the signs are there that Corberan is rewarding the youngster.
His contract expires next summer and Fellows has been attracting interest from several clubs.
